FAQ

Items shall be shipped within 5 business days of receiving your order. I can however usually post next day if you are in a hurry but if you require this service please contact me in advance of placing your order to ensure that I have the time and the materials on hand to do this for you.
I shall post items Royal Mail 1st Class. UK items will therefore take 1 or 2 days shipping.
Overseas delivery starts from 5 workings days but can take longer depending on where you are based. Items to Europe and the USA usually take 5-7 working days however this can increase if you live in a more remote area. If you would like a more accurate time-scale, please contact me before you make your purchase.
Clients are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm sorry but I can't be accountable for delays due to customs.
Custom and personalised orders
Custom orders are my favourite part of making jewellery. I can make combinations of items you see in my shop, or take on completely new projects, just tell me what you'd like and I'll see if I can make it possible!
Sizing details
If you'd like to find out sizing or request a specific size, please contact me. Clients ask all the time how long earrings are, or for necklaces and bracelets in specific sizes, it's no trouble at all!
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of my jewellery is packaged in a hand stamped eco-friendly kraft box ready for you to keep it safe inside or for gift giving. I will also include care instructions, a storage bag, and an anti-tarnish tab to keep your item looking beautiful.
I send a receipt with your order information on, so if you're sending this as a gift and it's going straight to the person receiving the present, just drop me a note when you order, and I will remove the order sheet containing the price and I believe you'll find that the wrapping is pretty enough to give straight to the lucky person receiving the gift!
Care instructions
Many things can damage jewellery in the long term including contact with skin, perfume and moisture. The black patch anti tarnish tab will keep your jewellery in great condition, so I recommend keeping the jewellery and the patch sealed within the bag when you’re not wearing it.
If your piece has a handmade chain and it ever seems tangled, just gently shake it out and it will straighten right back out.
All my findings are lead and nickel free so are kind to sensitive ears. Remember though that if you do have a nickel allergy, you are often also allergic to other metals without knowing which they are so no-one can guarantee you won't have a reaction. I am however very sensitive to many metals, I have been for years, it's one of the reasons that I started making earrings for myself. I can happily wear all of my jewellery, whatever colour or material, without any problems.
Jewellery can sometimes be broken by catching it on furniture or being pulled on by curious children. If you happen to break your item, just get in touch and we'll arrange for me to fix it for you.
Wholesale availability
I currently provide wholesale both as outright sales and as 'sale or return'. I have four shops in North London selling my jewellery at present.
I provide lovely stands which show my earrings off perfectly and I put together collections that work wonderfully with one another.
Please do get in touch if you're interested, I'm sure we can work together to satisfy your customers.
